Collection: Sue Dey - Watercolours

Discover the captivating artwork of Sue Dey, an emerging Wellington artist with a beautiful, distinctive and rich watercolour style.   Sue has captured  the beauty of Petone, Wellington and the Hokianga region of Northland, New Zealand — each scene brought to life with her unique artistic voice.  Dey's Hokianga paintings were completed during an art residency in Waimea in 2024.  They were also inspired by the diaries and correspondence of Reverend William White and his wife Eliza, who lived in the Hokianga area in the 1830s. She is related to Reverend William White.
