Refund policy
Although we're sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes accidents happen. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you!
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
If you receive an order from us which is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge and without delay.
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take photos showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and email us on alfred@memelink.co.nz immediately with photos attached. If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to assist. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return. . In the event that we are unable to replace your order we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork.
Cancellations & Address Changes
As we print to order in most cases, unfortunately we're unable to cancel or make changes (including print selection and size) once your order has been placed. Up and until your order has been dispatched, we can update your email and shipping address if required but requests for address changes need to be made as soon as you can.
Change Of Mind
As we mostly print to order unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind on the chosen image or incorrect size choice. Before placing an order we recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion. In order to select the right size please ensure you measure up carefully. A helpful trick is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of print that you're considering and blue-tack it to the wall. This will give you a really good sense of how the print will look in your space.
